About the Role

As Global Crop Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for working with our UK and European teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our arable and maize crop protection products.

You will have a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development in the market.

Your primary focus will be on the 4P's of marketing: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, with a focus on creating and maintaining a strong portfolio of products that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of arable and maize crop protection and the challenges faced by farmers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders, agronomists, PR consultants, and other external partners.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on product development and implementation.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
