About the Job
As a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Bayer AG, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in strategic marketing communications planning, communication activity management, and budget optimization. Our Crop Science division is looking for a talented individual to join their team and contribute to the development of effective marketing communications strategies that engage target audiences and maximize Bayer product sales.

**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic marketing communications plans to convey our brand message and engage target audiences. You will also manage communication activities across all channels, including social media, email marketing, and website management. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing ROI on spend and accurately administering budget, purchase orders, and invoicing as needed.

**Responsibilities and Deliverables**
* Develop strategic marketing communications plans to convey our brand message and engage target audiences.* Manage communication activities to support campaigns across all channels.* Optimize ROI on spend and accurately administer budget, purchase orders, and invoicing as needed.* Administer marketing technology platforms, including digital analytics, email marketing automation, workflow management, and website management.* Ensure targeted communications align with audience strategies, involving deep understanding of the target audience.* Collaborate with customer-facing squads and innovation enablement squads to create communications messages delivering unique selling points and campaign impact.* Investigate, plan, and drive innovative content aligned with overall brand and marketing strategies.* Review, edit, and approve content pieces for tone, technical accuracy, and legal compliance.* Analyze campaign success and recommend improvements.* Improve customer experience through direct connection with the customer experience team or undertaking customer experience activities if required.* Engage with external agency partners to deliver successful campaigns.* Support internal communications to achieve Ambition strategy and business objectives.* Conduct regular retrospectives, utilizing feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve.* Ensure all communications comply with legal and compliance requirements.* Support customer experience execution within customer-facing squads.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a communications role.* University Degree Level Qualification, preferably in Marketing & Communications.* Able to work in a cross-disciplinary communications skill set, delivering a combination of communications activities in a one-team approach.* Experience in budget optimization to ensure cost-effective communication strategies that deliver ROI.* Able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
