Responsibilities:

The Developer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns to support the strategic business goals of Arm's developer marketing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing integrated digital and offline marketing strategies to reach developer communities
  • Collaborating with product marketing and ecosystem teams to create effective marketing programs
  • Utilizing data insights to optimize marketing activities and improve campaign performance
  • Working with internal and external creative teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Driving the developer social media presence through strategic content creation and engagement

Required Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, the Developer Marketing Specialist should possess:

  • Proven experience in marketing technical audiences and developer programs
  • Strong understanding of digital, social media, and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus
  • Analytical skills to interpret data insights and inform marketing decisions
