Role Overview

This role involves a broad range of digital tasks, from website content management to innovative AI tool use and Google Ads creation. It's suited for individuals who like technology and want to build a marketing career using the latest innovations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Populate website content and administer websites, ensuring web best practices and SEO
  • Create, manage, and monitor Google Ads to meet specific KPIs
  • Monitor social media and PPC advertising
  • Analyse websites' performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahref, SEMRush
  • Conduct research on digital operations (SEO, backlinks, competitor analysis)
  • Administer Custom ChatGPT bots across several brands
  • Create, launch, and analyse email campaigns while following best practices
  • Work with CRM systems like HubSpot and Microsoft 365 to integrate website features (e.g., contact forms)
  • Use tools such as Typeform, JWPlayer, Monday.com, and Office365 for everyday operations
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks set by managers to support sales and marketing teams

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Collaborative skills: The post-holder will collaborate with multiple teams and require excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communication skills: Good communication skills with high standards of writing and speaking are crucial for effective collaboration and deliverables.
  • Task prioritisation and organisational skills: The role involves various tasks with different urgency levels and interdependence with other colleagues' work.
  • Innovative and eager to learn: Training will be provided by a senior digital marketing manager with advanced experience in website development, design, search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, and CRM integration.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with various benefits including a Cycle to Work Scheme, Tech Scheme, Car Scheme, and Employee Assistance Programme.
