**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Global Excellence

**Contract:** Permanent, Full Time, 35 Hrs.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the development of core processes and operational excellence within our Global Marketing team.

This role will play a critical part in building the operational foundation for our world-class marketing at a pivotal time for the organisation.

As a key leader within the Marketing Excellence team, you will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure that powers our global marketing efforts. You'll develop and refine processes, manage marketing tools and platforms, and drive performance improvement through operational insights.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, strategic environment and has a passion for marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development and implementation of core marketing processes, capabilities and systems to enable efficient and effective delivery of these plans.
  • Advocate for best marketing practices across the wider team, championing excellence, best practice, and continuous improvement in global marketing activities.
  • Demonstrate a natural leadership style – managing and developing a team of marketing and process improvement specialists, enabling them to effectively support the delivery of our plans.

Requirements:

  • Significant Marketing Operations Experience: Proven track record in managing complex marketing processes and systems, improving efficiency and delivering high-impact results.
  • Experience using data and insights to drive marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise marketing processes.
  • Experience managing teams, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload, ensuring timely and efficient execution of multiple projects.
