Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketing Operations Manager to lead the migration of our current marketing tech stack from Adobe and Salesforce to HubSpot and maintain the system thereafter. This role will involve strategic planning, execution, and post-migration management to ensure our marketing operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a comprehensive migration plan from Adobe and Salesforce to HubSpot.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition.
  3. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Configure HubSpot to meet the company's marketing requirements.
  5. Integrate HubSpot with other business systems as needed.
  6. Ensure data integrity and seamless data migration.
  7. Analyze current marketing operations and workflows.
  8. Optimize and streamline processes within HubSpot to enhance efficiency.
  9. Implement best practices for marketing automation, lead scoring and management, and reporting.
  10. Provide training and support to the marketing team on the use of HubSpot.
  11. Develop user guides and documentation.
  12. Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related queries and issues.
  13. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the HubSpot system.
  14. Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues.
  15. Regularly review and update configurations to meet evolving business needs.
  16. Set up and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot.
  17. Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations.
  18. Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  19. Optimize user funnels and instrument conversion points.
  20. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations with a focus on HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot's tools and functionalities, including marketing automation, CRM, and reporting.
  • Experience with Adobe and Salesforce marketing tools and their migration to HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to train and support marketing teams in using new technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.
