SEN Teaching Assistant Leader

We are looking for an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant Leader to join our Academics Ltd team.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with pupils with Autism (ASC / ASD) and comorbid conditions, providing tailored support to enhance their engagement with education.
This is a full-time position, and we offer a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized learning plans for students with Autism (ASC / ASD)
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students with complex needs
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being
