Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include providing support to pupils within the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings, using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior-based instruction to promote learning and development, and assisting teachers with lesson planning, marking, and delivery.

Qualifications required for this position include relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in Childhood Studies or a Teaching Assistant course, experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school or setting, additional SEN training certifications, such as MAPA, Makaton, or Team Teach, and a genuine interest in supporting children with extra needs.
