Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth at Body Jewellery Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and oversee our marketing team, including photographers, digital marketing assistants, videographers, models, and graphics artists
  • Coordinate and attend 10+ tattoo conventions and jewellery shows per annum
  • Be responsible for brand and tone of voice, and the evolution of our three brands over time
  • Conduct market and customer research and keep up-to-date with trends and marketing movements
  • Control budget and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Identify relevant KPIs, accurately monitor against these, and report back to the business on performance, and make recommendations for continual improvement
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years marketing experience with at least 3 managing roles
  • Experience of working with B2B SaaS software
  • Excellent communication skills, strong copy-writing and proofing skills, with a flair for creative writing
  • Previous experience within a head of marketing role at a successful business with proof
  • Marketing Degree
  • Proficiency in analysing data and utilising it to make strategic decisions
