Marketing Director

We are a leading B2B distributor of tattoo and body jewellery products in the UK, seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to head up our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with our Directors and marketing team.
- Oversee the sourcing, output, and performance of freelancers and agency partners.
- Coordinate and manage our marketing team, including photographers, digital marketing assistants, videographers, models, and graphics artists.
- Monitor and analyze Facebook Insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Attend 10+ tattoo conventions and jewellery shows per annum, representing our brand and products.
- Evolve and maintain the tone of voice and brand identity across our three brands.
- Conduct market and customer research, staying up-to-date with industry trends and marketing movements.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Identify and track relevant KPIs, reporting on performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS software and content creation.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a flair for creative writing.
- Previous experience as a Head of Marketing in a successful business, with proof of success.
- Marketing degree and proficiency in data analysis.
- Growth-oriented mindset and strong commercial acumen.
- 5% company performance bonus.
- 5% personal performance bonus.
- Full-time, permanent, in-house role.
