Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are a leading B2B distributor of tattoo and body jewellery products in the UK, seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to head up our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the company Directors and marketing team.
  • Oversee the sourcing, output, and performance of freelancers and agency partners.
  • Coordinate and manage our marketing team, including photographers, digital marketing assistants, videographers, models, and graphics artists.
  • Monitor and analyze Facebook Insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Attend 10+ tattoo conventions and jewellery shows per annum, representing the company and promoting our brands.
  • Evolve the tone of voice and brand identity of our three brands over time.
  • Conduct market and customer research to stay up-to-date with trends and marketing movements.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • Identify and track relevant KPIs, reporting back to the business on performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS software.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with a flair for creative writing.
  • Previous experience as a Head of Marketing at a successful business.
  • Marketing degree.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and making strategic decisions.
