We are a leading B2B distributor of body art and adornment products in the UK. As a forward-thinking company, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned marketing expert to oversee our marketing team and develop strategies to promote our brands and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brands and products
  • Lead and manage our marketing team, including photographers, digital marketing assistants, videographers, models, and graphics artists
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive approach to lead generation
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with our directors and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and expansion

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS software, such as BigCommerce, Magento, or Shopify
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and proofreading
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per year
  • 5% company performance bonus and 5% personal performance bonus
