About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Marketing Manager to join our team at Tower Supplies. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting our brand and marketing function to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, focusing on customer-centric initiatives and data-driven decision making.
  • Lead the execution and delivery of day-to-day marketing and brand building activities, ensuring consistency and excellence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans, embedding Tower Supplies' cultural and behavioral expectations within all marketing activities.
  • Manage stakeholders, allocate tasks to contractors and external agencies, and hold them accountable for delivery.
  • Contribute to business strategy and plans, offer development, and consumer insight at all touchpoints within the business.
  • Oversee performance management, including spend, activity, and people.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year.
