About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts at Body Jewellery Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, driving business growth, and enhancing our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage our marketing team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event marketing.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our marketing strategy.
  • Budget Management: Manage our marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Education: Marketing degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year.
