Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned marketing expert to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and goals
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Collaborate with the management team to set marketing budgets and resource allocation
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including photographers, digital marketing assistants, videographers, models, and graphics artists
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties
  • Campaign Execution
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote the company's products and services
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize marketing performance

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
    • Experience working with B2B SaaS software, such as BigCommerce, Magento, or Shopify
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Education
    • Marketing degree or equivalent experience
