Digital Marketing Strategist Role

Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews to optimize campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Minimum five years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Expertise in paid social, PPC, SEO, CRO, digital PR, and email marketing.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
