Digital Marketing Strategist Opportunity

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Poole. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Paid Social, PPC, SEO, CRO, Digital PR, and email marketing. You will be a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with stakeholders to optimize campaign results.
  • Experiment with new creative strategies and channels to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Use data analysis to inform content and campaign decisions.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust campaigns accordingly.
