Marketing Manager

We are a leading B2B distributor of tattoo and body jewellery products in the UK, seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to head up our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with our Directors and marketing team.
  • Oversee the sourcing, output, and performance of freelancers and agency partners.
  • Coordinate and manage our marketing team, including photographers, digital marketing assistants, videographers, models, and graphics artists.
  • Monitor and analyze Facebook Insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Attend 10+ tattoo conventions and jewellery shows per annum, representing our brand and tone of voice.
  • Conduct market and customer research, staying up-to-date with trends and marketing movements.
  • Manage budget and allocate resources among projects, identifying relevant KPIs and reporting on performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managing role.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS software and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong copy-writing and proofing skills, with a flair for creative writing.
  • Previous experience as a head of marketing at a successful business, with proof of success.
  • Marketing degree and proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen.
