Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Reservations Checks: Verify all reservations from various platforms, including Accor, Expedia, and FITs, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reservations Management: Ensure all back-ups, comments, and payments are properly set up and updated daily.
  • OTA Commission Checks: Conduct daily checks of commissions from online travel agencies.
  • Weekly Commission Submissions: Submit commissions to Fastcom on a weekly basis.
  • Tracker Updates: Update various trackers daily, including no-shows, cancellations, and other relevant metrics.
  • Customer Enquiries: Manage reservations and booking enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Business Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel's bedrooms and events to effectively handle initial enquiries.
  • Hotel Show Arounds: Arrange and deliver professional hotel show arounds to promote accommodation and meeting space sales.
  • Group Bookings: Support group bookings from start to finish and liaise with other departments as needed.
  • Client Enquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries regarding accommodation and meeting and events.
  • Event Coordination: Provide exceptional administrative skills to coordinate events, including corporate bookings, private functions, and weddings.
  • Function Plans: Create detailed function plans for hotel operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Reservations System Maintenance: Maintain the accuracy of the in-house reservations system.
  • Booking Enquiries: Respond to all booking enquiries within strict deadlines to secure bookings.
  • Reception Support: Provide support at the reception desk as needed.
  • Working Hours: Work weekends and public holidays as required.
