We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of interaction for our visitors, significantly contributing to a remarkable and hassle-free experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors, managing check-in and check-out processes, and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Efficiently manage guest requests and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle phone calls and emails, process reservations, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Support administrative duties such as billing, documentation, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to guarantee a seamless operation and exceptional guest experience.
