We are in search of a Facilities Operations Support Coordinator to become an integral part of our on-site team.

This role encompasses a combination of front desk duties, corporate hospitality, and general maintenance tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-of-house support, including managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and assisting colleagues with inquiries.
- Execute and assist with on-site service tasks.
- Oversee parking areas to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage the replenishment of restroom supplies.
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, stocked with refreshments, and prepared for use, including arranging IT support as needed.
- Monitor and procure office supplies, ensuring daily replenishment of stationery pods.
- Replace printer supplies while keeping track of inventory levels.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of keys for clients and contractors on-site.
- Arrange domestic and international courier services, as well as transportation bookings.
- Administer maintenance contracts for office bicycles.
- Manage reservations for pool vehicles and office bicycles.
- Maintain staff vehicle registration details and issue parking permits.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and support fellow team members.
- Exhibit a willingness to acquire new skills and participate in training as necessary.
