Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to support our client, a prominent player in the technology sector, known for its innovative contributions to communication networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of office spaces, including space allocation and management of repair requests, ensuring timely resolution and service delivery.
  • Campus Oversight: Manage various aspects of campus operations, including compliance with local laws, property oversight, and resource allocation.
  • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS): Ensure adherence to EHS standards by developing annual plans, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating necessary training.
  • Supplier Coordination: Handle daily contract management and maintain effective communication with site teams and service providers, including organizing regular meetings to review performance metrics.
  • Tenant Relations: Manage lease agreements and service fees, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any disputes.
  • Project Management: Lead various office projects, such as renovations and relocations, ensuring they meet business needs and timelines.
  • Process Development: Create and refine local workplace management processes, policies, and benchmarks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, leveraging over five years of experience in facilities management and three years in supplier or team management.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

This position is offered on a contract basis with the potential for permanent placement. The role requires full-time office presence with occasional travel to other locations.
