Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team at Navartis, a leading recruitment agency and employer. As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the advanced engineering solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Lead, plan, and execute all account management and development activities to ensure strong relationships with nominated customer relationships.
- Business Development: Identify potential new growth and customer opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Commercial Management: Negotiate terms of business with customers, manage commercial disputes, and resolve engineering challenges to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
- Contract Management: Review and manage all incoming purchase orders, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with customers at all levels, and position the company as a world-leading best-in-class sustainable supplier.
- Knowledge and Experience: Proven knowledge and experience of sales, pricing, and business models, with a strong understanding of sales and cost analysis.
- Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial and business acumen, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft-based packages, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
- Benefits Package: 31 days per annum, incorporating fixed holidays, healthcare cash plan, company pension, and hybrid working.
