  • Navigate complex global organizations, building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
  • Lead, manage, and resolve commercial, supply, and engineering challenges to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Support negotiation of terms of business with customers.
  • Strategically position the company as a world-leading best-in-class sustainable supplier.
  • Manage new enquiries, feasibility, quotation, and successful order intake.
  • Contract review of all incoming purchase orders.
  • Identify potential new growth and customer opportunities.
  • Set up meetings between new company's practice leaders/principals.
  • Review and identify potential trade shows and exhibitions for which to visit and exhibit.
  • Manage existing business accounts and relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of sales, pricing, and business models.
  • Ability to demonstrate success in performing against revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders at all levels and strong ability to build relationships.
  • Full understanding of sales and cost analysis, including tracking key account metrics, forecasting sales, and target analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels.
  • Ability to work within set budgets, expectations, and delivery of results.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to use all Microsoft-based packages.
  • Commercial and business acumen.

Package on Offer:

  • Salary £45,000 - £50,000
  • 31 days per annum, incorporating fixed holidays to cover Bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.

  • 39 hour working week
  • 7.45am - 5pm Mon to Thurs & 7.45am - 1pm on Friday
  • Mileage covered
