Smith & Western is a family-run restaurant with over 25 years of experience serving great tasting food, mouth-watering cocktails, and belly-busting desserts in our authentically themed restaurants across the South.
We are looking for a skilled chef who can cook with fresh ingredients, work well under pressure, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in cooking, with experience in a busy kitchen environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
