Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Austin Fraser's Tadworth office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
In this role, you will provide first-line support for incoming calls, post, and general reception duties. You will also coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements, as well as assist in daily office tasks such as purchasing non-capex supplies.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progress to more senior positions within our company. We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000, 25 days of annual leave + public holidays, group income protection and life insurance, and onsite parking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for incoming calls, post, and general reception duties.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist in daily office tasks, including purchasing non-capex supplies.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in office processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
You must have strong knowledge of PC skills and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word. Prior experience in administration or office management is desirable but not essential. Fluency in English is required.
