Office Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at People Source Consulting trading as Experis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow into a key member of a fast-paced team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support for incoming calls, post, and general reception duties. They will also coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements, as well as assist in daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and manage diaries.
- Assist with daily office tasks, including purchasing supplies and maintaining the office environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- General education (GCSEs or equivalent).

- Prior experience in administration or office management is a plus, but not essential.
Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
