Administrative Services Coordinator

At People Source Consulting Ltd, we are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Office & Assurance Administrator.
About the Job:This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in business administration, finance, or compliance.
- First-line support for incoming calls, post, and general reception duties.
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Daily office tasks, including purchasing non-capex supplies and ensuring the office is running smoothly.
- Ongoing improvements in office processes and efficiency.
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, 25 days of annual leave + public holidays, group income protection and life insurance, and onsite parking.
What We're Looking For:- Strong knowledge of PC skills and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word.
- Prior experience in administration or office management is a plus, but not essential.
- Fluency in English is essential.
