The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration or office management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • First-line support for incoming calls, post, and general reception duties.
  • Travel coordination, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
  • Daily office tasks, including purchasing non-capex supplies and ensuring the office is running smoothly.
  • Supporting the HR & Assurance Manager with auditing, assessments, and compliance activities.
  • Ongoing improvements in office processes and efficiency.
