Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Office & Assurance Administrator to join our team at People Source Consulting trading as Experis, located in Tadworth, Surrey. This is a full-time role that requires a flexible and proactive individual to provide administrative support across the business.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to assist in the smooth running of the front-end operations of our company. As an Office & Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional reception duties.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office requirements, including purchasing non-capex supplies.
  • Supporting the HR & Assurance Manager on auditing and assessments.

As an ideal candidate, you should have a good working knowledge of PC skills and Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel and Word. A general education, including GCSE passes or equivalent, is also required. Fluency in English is essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays, Vitality healthcare, Group Income protection, Group Life Insurance, and onsite parking.
