Senior Business Development Officer

The Archaeology Data Service (ADS) is a leading digital repository providing archiving services for UK archaeology. As our Collections Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in developing our commercial client base, increasing revenue, and strengthening our reputation as a world-leading digital archive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to gain a better understanding of current client networks and explore new markets.
- Undertake cost analysis under supervision of the Collection Development Manager and aid in the development of new cost models.
- Provide customer-focused duties such as quotations, maintaining client lists, and accurate records for commercial projects within our Collection Management System.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with digital archiving services and the UK's national heritage sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Environment: This is a fixed-term position based in York, England. The salary range is £30,487 - £34,980 per year.
