Membership Growth Specialist

Gordon Yates Ltd is seeking a dynamic Membership Recruitment and Partnerships Officer to drive growth and development of our organisation's network. As a key member of our team, you will excel at promoting membership through events, presentations, and digital campaigns, with a keen ability to communicate passionately and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets by onboarding suitable members in alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts through internal and external events, digital campaigns, and other engagement opportunities.
- Showcase membership benefits through various channels, including emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and speaking engagements, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Provide account management for membership partners, ensuring they continue to invest in memberships for their staff, students, or members.
- Proven experience in recruitment, marketing, and sales engagement, with a strong track record of meeting targets and driving growth.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus outstanding benefits such as generous pension, 29 days annual leave, coaching and development opportunities, and more. The role is based in our office with some hybrid working arrangement.
