Key Responsibilities- Providing Warm Hospitality: Deliver exceptional customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
- Working on Reception: Offer insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
- Utilizing Systems: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
- Cleaning and Housekeeping: Maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
- Assisting in the Kitchen: Prepare food and serve with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride, influencing sales and providing a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.
