Key Responsibilities- Provide warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
- Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
- Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
- Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride.
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 per hour (flexible hours, permanent contract)
