YHA Helmsley is a unique and award-winning hostel located in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. We offer a warm welcome to families, individuals, school groups, and Exclusive Hire parties.
As a Hospitality Team Member, you will play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
- Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
- Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
- Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence in more sales.
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 per hour (flexible with a minimum of 25 hours per week, temporary contract until the 3rd November)
- Accommodation options: Live-in accommodation available at a reasonable rate of £63.70 per week.
