As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
  • Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence in more sales.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 per hour (flexible with a minimum of 25 hours per week, temporary contract until the 3rd November)
  • Accommodation options: Live-in accommodation available at a reasonable rate of £63.70 per week.
