Job Description

Morgan Ryder seeks a strategic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into high-growth European markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and help drive substantial revenue growth across untapped regions. Estimated Salary: £64,000 - £80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enter and dominate new European markets with a strong emphasis on the construction and industrial sectors.
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure relationships with new distributors and key stakeholders within the construction industry to rapidly scale our presence across multiple regions.
  • Closing High-Value Deals: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating large-scale contracts, delivering impactful presentations, and securing high-value deals that directly contribute to revenue growth.
