Commercial Expansion Representative Job Description:

The role reports to the National Sales Manager and involves developing and implementing commercial expansion strategies to drive revenue growth across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and contract negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of the assisted living sector and electronic-based products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
