About the Role:

The Market Development Lead will be responsible for driving the company's expansion into new markets and channels, leveraging strategic partnerships and effective account management to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Development: Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to expand the company's OOH channels, brand partnerships, and European markets.
  2. Account Management: Managing existing OOH accounts to ensure revenue, distribution, and margin targets are met, while also negotiating JBPs and developing strategic business partnerships.
  3. New Business: Identifying and winning new national accounts, and forming commercial agreements that align with the company's long-term growth objectives.
  4. Distributors: Building and maintaining relationships with distribution partners across the UK, Ireland, and the EU to drive successful market penetration.
  5. Strategic Input: Contributing to the development of channel strategies to increase market share and align with the company's growth ambitions.

Salary range: Up to £55k + excellent benefits.
