The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a menu that showcases the best of British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients and innovative techniques.

The Curzon Arms is part of the Red Cat Pub Company, a growing group of pubs that pride themselves on serving high-quality food and drink in a welcoming atmosphere. As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs and restaurateurs to create a menu that is both delicious and visually appealing.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 plus a live-in arrangement, making this an excellent opportunity for a talented chef to take their career to the next level.

About the Role
