Join our team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for patient safety and quality governance As a Health and Safety Director at our NHS Trust, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our Patient Safety Incident Response Framework, ensuring timely investigations and robust monitoring of actions and learning.

With recent experience of working in the NHS and a proven track record of working with patient safety, quality, or clinical governance, you will provide expert guidance to staff undertaking reviews and investigations. Your extensive knowledge of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework will help drive improvements in our governance and quality systems.

Main Duties

  1. Oversight of all Trust investigations and reviews conducted under the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework, including monitoring and reporting performance.
  2. Ensuring that there is a robust system in place to monitor the actions and learning from reviews and investigations conducted under the PSIRF.

Requirements

  • Experience of preparing and presenting performance and assurance reports.
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications such as MS Teams and SharePoint.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
