Job Title: Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking an empathetic and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Healthshare. As a key member of our referral management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative office.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with clinicians to develop and implement effective solutions to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into our systems, maintaining high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to filling clinics to capacity, optimizing resource allocation and improving patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
