Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join our Same Day Emergency Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside nursing and medical staff, providing clinical care and clerical assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide agreed clinical skills and nursing care to deliver a timely and quality service to patients.
- Accurately record, collate, monitor and provide feedback of patient information to nursing and medical staff.
- Recognise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with other departments within the Trust as well as outside agencies.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this role is £23,500-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also offers a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
