About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Advisor to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality patient care and support to patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
- To work collaboratively with the RMC Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the admin office.
- To be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, providing information and support as needed.
- To manage patient bookings and appointments, ensuring that all clinics are filled to capacity.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and interactions.
- To work effectively with the team to ensure that all patients receive high-quality care and support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Working knowledge of Office package and ability to learn new systems quickly.
