Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Care Advisor to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a Patient Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the RMC Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the admin office.
- Be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, providing accurate and timely information.
- Operate the patient booking system, managing clinical diaries and booking patients into appointment slots.
- Deal with voice mails, patient enquiries, and appointment requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Register patients using SystemOne and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, with a quick problem-solving attitude.
- Team player with a high level of professionalism.
- Working knowledge of Office package and IT literacy.
