Position Overview
An opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Band 2 professional to become part of the Primary Care Service Care Navigation Team. The Patient Support Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, fostering a welcoming atmosphere within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and customer service abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that service users are directed appropriately, facilitating their access to the right services at the right time. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
- Operating within GP Practices and the Care Navigation Hub.
- Signposting and redirecting individuals as necessary.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in word processing to OCR Level 2 standard and possession of an International Computer Driving License (ICDL).
Knowledge Base
Essential Knowledge
- Familiarity with standard administrative procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
Desirable Knowledge
- Awareness of additional Microsoft applications.
Experience

- Prior experience in an office setting.
