Key Responsibilities- Provide first point of contact for patients, relatives, healthcare professionals, and other callers, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Support the RMC Manager and Deputy Manager in the execution of their role, contributing to the day-to-day smooth operation of the admin office.
- Operate the patient booking system, managing clinical diaries and ensuring accurate and timely booking of patients into appointment slots.
- Deal with voice mails, patient enquiries, and appointment requests by telephone, providing effective and sensitive communication.
- Register patients using SystemOne, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Contribute to the identification of risks and potential adverse effects on Healthshare's ability to maintain quality of care.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and using initiative to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and quick problem-solving attitude.
- Team player with a high level of professionalism in manner.
- Working knowledge and proficient use of Office package.
