Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Advisor. As a key member of our referral management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient booking system and providing exceptional support to our patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-class patient care and support, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the patient booking system, managing clinical diaries and ensuring accurate and efficient booking of patients into appointment slots.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
- Proven experience in a healthcare administration or patient support role, with a strong understanding of patient booking systems and clinical diaries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
