**Job Title:** Emergency Care Specialist

Salary: $28,000 - $35,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

As an Emergency Care Specialist with UK Event Medical Services (UKEMS), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients across the UK. Our team works in partnership with the NHS and other care providers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, including Ambulance Care Assistants and qualified clinicians, to provide potentially life-saving care and transportation to hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a range of UKEMS vehicles under emergency, urgent, and normal driving conditions.
  • Ensure the safe transfer of patients to and from vehicles utilizing appropriate equipment and manual handling techniques.
  • Undertake a dynamic risk assessment on arrival at the scene of an incident or support colleagues in this duty.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
