About Finastra

We are a leading provider of financial solutions, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Account Director. This role will involve developing new business relationships with senior executives in the banking industry, focusing on areas around payment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales experience in Europe, with a proven track record of selling into and managing strategic accounts, specifically in France, BeNeLux, and Northern Europe. They will also have a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem, specifically relating to payments and payment processing across high-value payments, mass payments, and immediate payments in Europe.

Salary: £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships with senior executives in the banking industry.
  • Manage complex sales campaigns from inception to closure.
  • Work closely with an inside sales professional to support sales efforts.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Europe.
  • Proven track record of selling into and managing strategic accounts, specifically in France, BeNeLux, and Northern Europe.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem, specifically relating to payments and payment processing across high-value payments, mass payments, and immediate payments in Europe.
  • Fluent in English and ideally French.
